Remote Scouts by Cedar Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Billing Specialist to join our Access Revenue Hawaii client team. This role is ideal for billing professionals with hands-on experience in revenue cycle management (RCM), facility billing, and behavioral health claims using CollaborateMD (CMD).

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and submit accurate claims for behavioral health and facility services.
• Run insurance verifications of benefits (VOBs) through portals and payer calls.
• Manage denials, rejections, and follow-ups to ensure maximum reimbursement.
• Assist with new client onboarding, payer agreements, and clearinghouse setup.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific regulations.
• Collaborate daily with U.S.-based Access Revenue Hawaii team members.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing (behavioral health or facility billing preferred).
• Strong understanding of A/R, claim life cycle, coding (ICD-10/CPT), and RCM processes.
• Hands-on experience with CollaborateMD or similar billing platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
