MVAC is seeking a Medical Biller and Coder as Virtual Assistant to join our team. This full-time, on-site role at our Islamabad office involves processing medical claims, managing insurance denials, and applying medical codes such as ICD-10. The role also includes handling Medicare billing and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process medical claims accurately and efficiently.
• Review and resolve insurance denials and rejections.
• Apply medical codes such as ICD-10 to patient records.
• Manage Medicare billing processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve billing issues.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in medical terminology, ICD-10, and Medicare billing.
• Experience in handling insurance claims and denials.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures and compliance standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (preferred but not required).
