SINA Health, a mission-driven healthcare NGO dedicated to providing quality primary healthcare to underserved communities, is actively seeking a Manager – Medical Affairs to lead its clinical strategy and contribute to sustainable health outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly qualified and experienced family medicine professional who is passionate about raising clinical standards, empowering healthcare teams, and implementing people-centered care models.
As the Manager – Medical Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in improving clinical quality, designing and supervising training initiatives, developing medical protocols, and integrating evidence-based practices into primary care delivery across all SINA programs. You will be expected to collaborate with a variety of multidisciplinary professionals to ensure high standards of care, support continuous medical education (CME), and shape patient-centric healthcare delivery.
Lead and oversee the development and implementation of clinical protocols, SOPs, and best practices.
Design and conduct training programs and workshops for doctors and allied health professionals to build clinical and leadership capacity.
Ensure the delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care across SINA’s healthcare facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance medical operations, service integration, and patient safety.
Evaluate clinical performance through audits and feedback mechanisms to promote continuous improvement.
Develop and support CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs and ensure alignment with current healthcare guidelines.
Provide medical leadership in program planning, monitoring, and research initiatives.
Serve as a mentor and resource person for junior doctors and healthcare providers within the organization.
MBBS with FCPS (Family Medicine) or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
Diploma or Master’s in Healthcare Management from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of post-clinical experience in primary care or related fields.
Demonstrated expertise in teaching, training, and mentoring healthcare professionals.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to public health, equity, and delivering impactful care to low-income populations.
