We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Media Sales - Consultant to join our growing media organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in media sales, corporate business development, and managing relationships with advertising agencies. This role requires a proactive professional who can drive revenue growth, secure advertising partnerships, and expand our corporate client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and corporate clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Generate advertising revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
• Present media solutions and customized advertising packages to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or corporate sales.
• Established network within advertising agencies and corporate sectors will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
