Media Planning Manager

 

Description:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/Media Studies

Experience: 4-5 years of experience (media agency background)

Location: Gulberg, Lahore (Onsite role)

 

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for/Oversight of all client reporting/ queries.

• Gather and analyze marketing, industry, and consumer insights data to determine the client’s advertising and media needs.

• Has thorough knowledge of team activities and projects at any given point in time

• Works closely with Leads on local & regional reviews.

• Collaborate with Client teams to troubleshoot problems & improve processes.

• Leading the team in annual communication reviews & strategy, monthly tactical plans, experiments & initiatives, audience analyses, competitive industry reviews, #digital #media planning and setting up & #trafficking #digital #campaigns.

• Responsible for/Oversight to the creation of the Annual #Strategy document co-jointly with Assistant Manager with the assistance of junior members.

• Responsible for managing timelines with client and agency partners if Category Lead faces issues Essentially you are the go-to person that will be getting things done

• Ensure team and clients operate within Scope aligned to and flag any concerns to supervisor.

• Cascade agency wide vision/strategy/learnings with team members.

• Manage team evaluations and resolve potential conflicts and underperformance for seamless operation.

• Responsible for setting an agenda for new hires and a training schedule.

• Participate in New #Business #Pitches with assistance of team as needed.

• Proactively identify and action new #revenue sources with client

• Delegate projects and tasks across team to manage workload.

• Identifying new platforms for advertising.

• Spear-heading activities on digital platforms including (but not limited to):

Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Ads and FB Manager, FB Business Manager, Reach Planner, DAS (Daraz Search), & Foodpanda.

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, particularly explaining technical concepts to those in non-technical roles where required.

• Monitor, analyze, and report against campaign pacing and performance to internal parties while holding partners accountable to our KPIs
