Description:
The Manager – Media Buying / Performance Marketing will lead the organization’s paid media strategy to drive measurable revenue growth, customer acquisition, and digital brand visibility. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel performance campaigns with full ownership of budgets, ROI targets, and performance analytics. The position plays a critical role in aligning digital advertising efforts with overall business and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid platforms.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROAS, revenue, and lead generation.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics including CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Design full-funnel acquisition strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Lead campaign testing strategies (A/B testing, creative testing, bid optimization).
- Oversee tracking and attribution setup using GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and e-commerce teams to ensure conversion-focused campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis, trend monitoring, and performance audits.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, approval workflows, and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or media buying.
- Hands-on experience managing substantial digital advertising budgets.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Experience with GA4, conversion tracking tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries is preferred.
