Mean Stack Developor

OpenPort is a pan-Asian startup on a mission to make trucking, logistics and supply chains more efficient in Emerging Markets through an open, neutral, AI-driven platform. Our technology has already handled 800,000+ shipments, moved over 5 million tons of freight and covered 500M+ km and now we’re expanding our engineering team in Karachi.

We are looking for a MEAN Stack Developer to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 6–12 months of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong projects are welcome).

• Good knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, Angular and Node.js.

• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Git and npm/yarn.

• Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain features using MEAN stack technologies.

• Connect front-end applications with backend APIs.

• Assist in bug fixes, performance improvements and testing.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver product updates.
