Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Content Manager to create, manage and optimize our product listings across various e-Commerce marketplaces. The Marketplace Content Manager shall report to the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for leading and executing the following areas of work:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify).
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to maximize product visibility and conversions.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop engaging product images, infographics, and content.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain Brand Stores/Marketplace storefronts, ensuring timely updates and seasonal campaigns.
- Regularly audit marketplace listings to identify and resolve errors, suppressions, and compliance issues.
- Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and keyword strategies to stay ahead of the market.
- Coordinate with PPC, Marketing, and Operations teams to align content with campaigns and inventory availability.
- Support new product launches with optimized and timely listings across multiple regions.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and regional regulatory requirements.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics (CTR, CVR, organic ranking, listing health).
- Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and sales growth.
- Manage urgent and ad-hoc content requests (e.g., last-minute campaign support, suppressed listings) with priority.
- Deliver quick turnarounds while maintaining accuracy and quality,
- Familiarity with Dropbox, managing dropbox and sharing updated content with all the retailers timely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketplace content management (Amazon, Noon, Daraz, or similar).
- Proficiency with marketplace optimization tools,
- Strong written English with creativity in copywriting and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage content across multiple regions and marketplaces simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
