Description:
We are looking for someone to fulfil the dual role of assisting the marketing manager while also taking over administrative tasks as well.
Requirements:
- Professional proficiency in English as well as Urdu, both in their respective written and verbal forms.
- Minimum: A bachelor’s degree is required for higher education.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in a Marketing/Admin role.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Attention to detail, organisation and takes initiative.
- Coordinating, organising and executing internal and external company events such as annual dinners, picnics, celebrations, expos, etc.
- Designing/ Getting designed merchandise such as pens, mugs, notebooks, etc.
- Assisting the marketing manager in tasks.
- Collecting, maintaining and cataloguing images as well as videos from sites and events.
- Internal marketing by giving product presentations on new products to our sales team and internal staff.
- Management of TDS and MSDS. Including making, editing, cataloguing changes distributing them to relevant staff and having the web developers upload them to our websites.
- Making general internal and external announcements for events, holidays and any other general things.
- Managing the recruitment side of the company's LinkedIn pages.
- Draft and issue relevant office letters that include, warning letters, experience letters, employee contracts, etc.
