IBEX is seeking a Marketing & Talent Sourcing Intern to support high-volume hiring needs and enhance employer branding efforts. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and employer branding to attract top talent at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Talent Sourcing & Job Marketing

• Maintain and optimize sourcing channels for maximum reach and efficiency.
• Track and analyze platform performance and key hiring metrics.
• Ensure job postings are regularly updated and strategically positioned across platforms.
• Develop strategies to increase candidate applications through various hiring channels.
• Actively headhunt potential candidates using social and professional media platforms.

✅ Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement

• Implement employer branding campaigns to enhance company visibility.
• Identify and execute initiatives to increase word-of-mouth hiring via partnerships.
• Monitor and report on recruitment marketing campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align branding efforts with hiring goals.

✅ Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with educational institutes and hiring partners.
• Provide agile support to the recruitment team by adapting to evolving hiring needs.

Requirements:

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Mass Communication, or HR from a reputable university.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling and analysis.
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
✔️ Data-driven problem-solving ability.
✔️ Creative mindset with a flair for employer branding.
✔️ Ability to handle pressure and adapt quickly.
✔️ Critical thinking & analytical skills.
✔️ Own conveyance is mandatory.
