Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

We are hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage ongoing social media, outreach, and creative work across multiple brand and personal profiles. This is a remote role with a defined monthly scope and the possibility of long-term continuation and expansion based on performance.

 

The work listed below is already active and currently being executed. In addition, the role may include new marketing-related tasks such as websites design coordination, product videos, marketing emails and marketing collateral.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for multiple brand and personal profiles
  • Execute defined weekly posting schedules (threads, static posts, reels, and product content)
  • Handle LinkedIn and E-Mail outreach on assigned days
  • Create or coordinate basic marketing assets, including website visuals, brochures, and short product videos
  • Ensure consistent branding, quality, and timely execution across all platforms
  • Support additional digital marketing tasks as required

 

Qualifications

• 1–3 year's experience in social media management or digital marketing

• Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts

• Ability to write clear, professional English content

• Basic understanding of outreach and lead generation workflows

• Strong sense of consistency, responsibility, and ownership

• High affinity with AI tools.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with scheduling or project management tools (e.g., Buffer, Planner).
  • Background or education in Marketing, Communication, Media, or similar.
  • Bonus: Interest / experience with startup environments.
