About the Role:
Nofilter Coffee is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist Female to help strengthen our brand presence, execute impactful campaigns, and support business growth across digital and on-ground platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & on-ground)
Coordinate with external marketing and creative agencies
Share regular updates, reports, and strategic inputs with the CEO
Manage PR activities, collaborations, and influencer partnerships
Organize and oversee brand events, launches, and promotional activities
Monitor brand visibility, customer engagement, and competitor trends
Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of marketing experience (F&B, restaurant, or retail experience preferred)
Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
Creative mindset with a solid understanding of branding
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Compensation:
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000
