Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven, and experienced Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack marketer proficient in digital and traditional marketing, capable of generating high-quality leads, creating engaging campaigns, managing online presence, running ads, and executing strategic outreach. You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing operations that drive measurable growth and brand visibility.

 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Audience Research & Segmentation:

Identify and analyze target audiences across industries and geographies.

Build customer personas and create tailored marketing campaigns accordingly.

 

Lead Generation:

Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (inbound & outbound).

Utilize tools like LinkedIn, email outreach, landing pages, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.

Create lead nurturing workflows and maintain high-quality sales pipelines.

 

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize B2B and B2C campaigns.

Develop campaign briefs, track KPIs, and analyze ROI.

 

Social Media Marketing:

Manage and grow company profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

Schedule, post, and engage with the audience regularly using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.

Analyze metrics and optimize engagement and reach.

 

Content Marketing:

Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, and eBooks.

Optimize content for SEO and ensure brand consistency across channels.

 

Email Marketing & Cold Outreach:

Build cold email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Lemlist, or Instantly.

Manage segmented email lists, sequences, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.

 

SEO & SEM:

Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Run PPC campaigns via Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.

Track conversion and reduce CPC via analytics.

 

Advertising (Paid & Organic):

Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.

Analyze ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets accordingly.

 

Analytics & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc., to monitor campaign performance.

Create weekly/monthly marketing dashboards with actionable insights.

 

Marketing Automation:

Set up and manage marketing automation flows in tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Zoho.

Automate lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion workflows.

 

Branding & Collateral Management:

Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and event materials.

 

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Monitor competitors and stay up-to-date with market trends.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data.
