Marketing Project Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategically minded Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role goes beyond traditional project management and requires a strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, content development, branding, digital marketing, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate can effectively bridge the gap between strategy and execution—translating marketing plans into actionable tasks, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining accountability, and ultimately measuring campaign success through detailed reporting and analysis.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

  • Lead end-to-end management of marketing projects from briefing to final delivery.
  • Develop project timelines, workback schedules, resource allocation plans, and execution roadmaps.
  • Break down marketing strategies into actionable tasks and assign responsibilities to relevant team members.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, proactively implementing solutions.

Team and Resource Management

  • Monitor team workload, capacity, and resource allocation across multiple projects and brands.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with designers, content creators, social media managers, paid media specialists, videographers, and other stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and maintain visibility into team performance and deliverable status.
  • Ensure accountability and clear ownership of tasks across departments.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and leadership.

Marketing Strategies Implementation

  • Understand marketing strategies, campaign objectives, audience insights, and brand positioning.
  • Translate strategic plans into executable marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately across all channels.
  • Review campaign plans and ensure all components are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Support campaign launches, product launches, brand activations, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Track project outcomes against original objectives and success metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve future marketing initiatives.

Process Improvement

  • Develop and maintain project management systems, workflows, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency across marketing teams.
  • Implement best practices for project tracking, communication, and reporting.
  • Ensure project management tools are updated and utilized effectively.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management within a marketing, advertising, branding, or digital agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to understand marketing strategies and translate them into execution plans.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Analytics.
  • Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional marketing departments.
  • Familiarity with marketing funnels, customer journeys, lead generation, and performance marketing.
  • Experience creating dashboards, KPI reports, and campaign performance summaries.
