Description:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The role involves providing end-to-end operational and training support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and facilitating skill and knowledge enhancement through effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other relevant teams to develop and deliver product, policy, system, and compliance training to new and existing Sales Officers.
- Assist in onboarding and upskilling of sales staff by organizing regular learning sessions and refreshers
Operational Support:
- Act as a central point of contact for daily sales operations, providing timely support to address queries and issues faced by the sales team.
- Ensure prompt coordination and resolution of cross-functional escalations by liaising with relevant departments (Product, IT, Compliance, etc.).
Quality & Compliance Monitoring:
- Support sales process quality by sharing best practices, reinforcing compliance standards, and monitoring adherence to policies
Process Improvement:
- Identify gaps in sales knowledge or operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Support, Training, or Quality Assurance roles (minimum 1–2 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Fast learner with a keen interest in understanding business processes and tools.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with digital training platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
