Description:
Shafi Texcel, a leading name in the textile and apparel sector, is looking to hire a passionate and detail-oriented Officer / Senior Officer – Marketing (Apparel) for its Lahore facility. This role requires a blend of marketing coordination, technical follow-ups, and documentation management in the apparel domain.
This position is ideally suited for candidates who have foundational experience in the apparel industry and want to grow in a collaborative environment by managing marketing activities, communication between internal departments, and coordinating sample and order processes.
Gather SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) and consumption data against inquiries and coordinate follow-ups with Industrial Engineering (I.E) and Garment Group Teams (GGT).
Develop and coordinate Black/White (B/W) and All White (A/W) trims, ensuring proper follow-up from MMC against confirmed orders.
Actively manage and monitor sampling progress regarding development, fitting, pre-production (PP), and salesman samples.
Execute and maintain proper documentation of each order, including sales orders, dispatch orders, and related files.
Handle dispatching and record-keeping of fabric and design samples, handlooms, lab dips, and other related materials.
Maintain a high level of interdepartmental coordination to ensure timelines and standards are consistently met.
Team leadership and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team
Strong attention to detail in handling technical and order-related documentation
Solid technical understanding of apparel and textile marketing processes
Effective problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment
BBA, MBA, or BS in Marketing or equivalent field
1–2 years of professional experience in the apparel/textile industry is required
