Eligibility Requirements:

• Business / Marketing (or similar) graduate will be preferred

• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B industry

• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must

 

Job Requirements:

• Reports directly to the Account Director

• Communicate with the management team regularly and provide valuable input in all the tasks at hand

• Maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through virtual meetings and electronic mail

• Draft and share meeting minutes, along with technical and financial proposal with each prospective client

• Regularly follow up with potential clients

• Show sound interest and understanding in the product & service offerings at TransLinguist

• Regularly monitor industry trends and draft business requirements to improve our product offerings

• Ability to take a complete lead in demonstrating product and respective features to the prospective clients through our platform

• Ability to provide product & service information to potential clients, negotiate deals and close new leads

• Acting as a main point of contact between TransLinguist and the new / existing clients

• Efficiently addressing and resolving client queries and concerns

• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements

• Assess client specific requirements in global tenders and create a tailored-crafted technical and financial proposal while meeting the minimum / mandatory requirements set out for tender submission
