About the Role
Baked is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong grasp of digital marketing, brand building, campaign management, and storytelling, who can blend creativity with strategy to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales
• Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, e-commerce, and in-store channels
• Coordinate, organize, and delegate tasks to freelancers and part-time resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Collaborate with vendors to create compelling marketing materials and content
• Partner with lifestyle brands to initiate creative collaborations and new campaign opportunities
• Analyze marketing performance data (campaign results, conversions, traffic, engagement) to optimize future strategies
• Oversee social media community management and audience engagement
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging growth opportunities

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum); 1–2 years of experience in marketing and brand building preferred
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools, Canva/Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and community management
