Description:
Poulta is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive high-quality B2B leads through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Plan and manage SEO campaigns: keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and performance tracking.
- Manage brand communication across LinkedIn, the company website, email marketing, and industry campaigns.
- Support marketing initiatives for conferences, summits, and industry events.
- Analyze campaign performance to improve organic traffic, engagement, and lead quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, and digital campaign management.
- Experience managing professional brand presence on LinkedIn and digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
