TalentMint HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Marketing Manager for one of its real estate clients. The role requires strong exposure to both digital and conventional marketing, with proven experience in driving leads, brand visibility, and sales for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for real estate projects (digital + traditional).
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, social platforms, and real estate portals.
- Plan and manage conventional marketing including OOH, print, on-ground activations, and events.
- Drive lead generation, sales support, and brand positioning for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with sales teams, agencies, and vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare management-level reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong hands-on exposure to digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics.
- Practical experience in traditional marketing channels (print, OOH, events).
- Strong communication, planning, and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns.
