Marketing Lead

We’re hiring a Marketing Lead who thinks beyond likes and impressions. Your success will be measured in leads generated, revenue grown, and ideas executed.

You’ll work directly with the founder and lead our digital growth across ads, content, AI tools, SEO, and automation.

Key Responsibilities1. Growth Marketing

• Launch paid + organic campaigns that bring 15+ qualified leads/day.
• Own funnel strategy across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Run A/B tests and performance experiments.

2. AI & Automation

• Use ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, Jasper, Midjourney to speed up content, design, workflows.
• Build chatbots, auto-replies, CRM automations.
• Automate repetitive marketing tasks end-to-end.

3. Content & Social Media

• Lead our content strategy across Facebook, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Create viral reels, carousels, and real estate-focused storytelling.
• Work with design & content team to roll out timely, relevant posts.

4. Paid Ads & Funnel Optimization

• Launch and manage Meta + Google Ads.
• Improve click rates, cost-per-lead, and overall conversions.
• Optimize landing pages for lead generation.

Who We're Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing.
• Strong grip on Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Strategy.
• Knows (or wants to master) AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Zapier.
• Thinks like a founder. Executes like a growth hacker.
