Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital & offline)
- Plan and manage campaigns to promote software services (web development, mobile apps, AI solutions, etc.)
- Identify target audiences and define effective positioning strategies
2. Brand Building & Market Positioning
- Strengthen Pinnacloid’s brand presence in the local and digital market
- Create consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Ensure strong positioning of services tailored to the Pakistani business landscape
3. Digital Marketing Management
- Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
- Oversee content creation (posts, blogs, case studies, creatives)
4. Content & Creative Direction
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing material
- Contribute to campaign ideas, storytelling, and brand voice
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
5. Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis (local & international)
- Identify trends, audience behavior, and growth opportunities
- Provide insights for improving marketing strategies and campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 + years of experience in marketing (preferably in IT/software industry)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Good knowledge of the local Pakistani market and audience behavior
- Proficiency in platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn
- Strong communication and content development skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
