Marketing Executive

Musaji Adam & Sons, a renowned name in the healthcare and diagnostics industry since 1960, is on the lookout for a passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to join their growing team in Lahore. This role is ideal for professionals who have a background in medical sciences and a flair for sales and relationship building within the healthcare sector.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by promoting diagnostic and laboratory solutions to hospitals, labs, and medical institutions. A thorough understanding of the healthcare market in Lahore, along with strong communication and negotiation skills, is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell diagnostic products and services to healthcare institutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospital administrators, lab managers, and purchasing departments

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the Lahore healthcare sector

• Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales pitches tailored to the client's needs

• Manage customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product deliveries, after-sales service, and feedback collection

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports using MS Excel and internal tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Microbiology (mandatory)

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service within healthcare (hospitals, laboratories, diagnostics)

• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Deep knowledge of the healthcare market and institutions in Lahore

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team
