Marketing Coordinator ​‌

Description:

We're looking for a creative and hands-on content creator who can bring DACI's people, projects and culture to life through engaging video, photography and design.

You will be DACI's in-house content creator, owning video production from planning and filming through to the final edit. You will capture original content in our Pakistan offices, edit footage sent in from across the business, and create the graphics and visual assets used across our marketing.

This is a hands-on production role. You will take content from capture through to a finished, publish-ready asset, working to briefs from the Marketing Team Lead and the UK-based Marketing Manager.

Occasional travel between DACI offices may be required to capture content and support marketing activities.​‌

What You Will Do

Video and Photography

• Plan, shoot and edit video content in our Islamabad and Karachi offices, including team stories, project explainers, office culture and recruitment content.
• Edit raw footage from UK events, exhibitions, site visits and office activities into recap videos, social media content and case studies.
• Create motion graphics, animations and short-form social content for LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Photograph our people, events and offices for use across marketing channels.​‌

Design

• Create social media graphics, carousels and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Support the wider team with presentations, documents, campaign visuals and other marketing materials, working within DACI's brand guidelines.

Wider Marketing Support

• Repurpose individual pieces of content into multiple formats and channels.
• Support wider marketing activities including campaigns, events, internal communications and ad hoc requests.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

• 3+ years' experience in a content creation, videography or design role.
• A portfolio demonstrating video content you have both filmed and edited yourself, not solely edited.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent professional editing software).
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Confidence planning and running your own shoots, including framing, lighting and audio basics.
• Good written and spoken English, with the confidence to collaborate daily with international teams.
• Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines independently.
