Marketing & Communications Manager

Description:

Aion is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager who can combine digital storytelling with design proficiency to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns for the company and its subsidiaries. This role is ideal for someone experienced in fintech or digital platforms, who can lead the charge on strategic content, brand design, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-impact marketing strategies aligned with Aion’s business objectives.

• Design polished visuals and marketing collateral using Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.

• Lead and manage content-driven campaigns across social media, email, influencer partnerships, and PR channels.

• Write and optimize SEO-rich content for blogs, websites, and landing pages tailored to fintech audiences.

• Build brand visibility through targeted PR placements and media engagement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and sales teams to ensure unified messaging across platforms.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.

• Proven track record in branding, communications, or digital marketing roles in fintech, SaaS, or digital services.

• Strong understanding of content funnels, performance marketing, and SEO.

• Working knowledge of analytics and ad tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate brand strategy into clear, creative outputs.
