We’re looking for a self-driven and personable Marketing & Business Development Specialist to lead our outreach, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships. This role blends marketing strategy with direct client interaction and sales development.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients (cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, networking).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, nurturing leads to conversion.
- Create engaging content for posts, brochures, email campaigns, and web updates.
- Collaborate with our estimating team to understand and promote our technical services effectively.
- Analyze campaign and outreach performance to refine growth strategies.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or business development role (preferably in engineering, architecture, or construction industries).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in outreach and presentations.
- Proficient in digital tools like LinkedIn, email marketing software, Canva, and CRM platforms.
- Strong written English for creating client-facing materials.
- Self-motivated, creative, and eager to grow in a high-impact role.
