A rising food delivery startup based in Lahore is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to play a vital role in expanding its reach and growing its presence across both corporate (B2B) and consumer (B2C) segments. The company is on a mission to redefine mealtime for busy office teams and individual customers by delivering fresh, high-quality meals reliably and on time.

As the Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will spearhead branding, lead-generation campaigns, manage client partnerships, and identify new business opportunities. Your dual focus will be on growing the customer base through innovative marketing strategies and securing long-term B2B partnerships for corporate meal deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Plan, design, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting both office clients and end-users
Oversee performance marketing across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
Manage the company’s brand presence, including social media, email marketing, and customer referral programs
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to refine marketing efforts and improve ROI
Business Development:
Identify and close partnerships with corporate clients for office meal delivery services
Build and manage a sales pipeline that includes co-working spaces, tech companies, and other potential partners
Onboard and manage vendor relationships, including restaurants and meal prep services
Design and implement loyalty and retention programs for repeat customers and business clients
Represent the startup at industry events, expos, and client meetings, acting as a brand ambassador
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3–6 years of professional experience in marketing, business development, or sales
Proven success in targeting both B2B and B2C customer bases
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
A data-driven and creative mindset, with the ability to adapt strategies based on insights and results
Prior experience in food tech, logistics, or e-commerce industries is highly desirable
