Marketing Associate

Description:

· Manage and grow social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

· Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.

· Create high-quality social media content, including images, videos, and graphics.

· Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

· Design and run social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.

· Generate leads and add them to the CRM system for follow-up.

· Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process.

· Research, track, maintain and update leads.

· Write blogs, articles on our business products and services.

· Design outdoor advertising materials such as billboards, posters and flyers.

· Create vlogs, handle camera, and create brand content.

· Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on performance.

· Provide accurate and timely information to management.

· Any other tasks assigned by your manager.
