Description:
The Marketing Associate supports the execution of marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, webinars, email marketing, and content distribution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for an early-career marketer looking to build skills across campaign operations, marketing technology, and audience engagement.
The Marketing Associate plays a key role in ensuring marketing programs run smoothly, on time, and with extreme attention to detail. You will act as a support pillar for the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure consistent brand presence and efficient campaign delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Webinar and Virtual Event Support
- Coordinate logistics for webinars and virtual events, including scheduling, registration setup, and speaker coordination.
- Manage webinar platforms to ensure accurate attendee tracking and post-event reporting.
- Support content promotion before and after events across email and social channels.
HubSpot & Email Marketing Execution
- Build and deploy newsletters, campaign emails, and automated workflows within HubSpot.
- Maintain CRM hygiene through clean list management, audience segmentation, and accurate data entry.
- Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and prepare recurring reports.
Content & Campaign Support
- Assist with drafting and scheduling marketing content for newsletters, social channels, and campaign assets.
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign trackers to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met.
- Provide quality checks, proofing, and asset coordination for all outgoing materials.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Assist with research, competitive insights, and content organization for the broader marketing team.
- Compile performance summaries and data insights for internal leadership review.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and operations teams as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications (internships included).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills and a high attention to detail for content proofing.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfort working with data, metrics, and basic performance reporting.
