Description:
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate who will play a key role in supporting our marketing strategies, content creation, digital campaigns, and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage and execute campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll be working closely with our Marketing Manager, Design Team, and Business Development team to help drive brand growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, social media, etc.).
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and landing pages.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and portfolios.
- Manage social media accounts and monitor campaign performance and analytics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and project teams to ensure consistent branding.
- Help maintain and update the company’s website and other online platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports and assist in client outreach strategies.
- Ensure timely execution of all assigned marketing tasks based on the shift schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing or digital media role preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic design tools like Canva.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email platforms, and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must be comfortable with night shift timings and on-site work environment.
