We are an early-stage e-commerce and digital marketing startup expanding into the Saudi

market. We’re looking for a Marketing & Outreach Executive who is eager to learn,

understands the Saudi audience, and can support marketing execution and basic sales outreach.

This is a marketing-first role with exposure to sales and business development. It’s ideal for a

junior professional who wants hands-on experience in digital marketing, market research, and

lead generation in a fast-growing startup.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

• Assist in executing digital marketing activities for the KSA market

• Support content creation and localization in Arabic (social media posts, captions,

outreach messages)

• Conduct market and competitor research for e-commerce and digital marketing services

in KSA

• Help manage social media pages and campaign calendars

• Assist with email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

• Prepare basic marketing reports and performance summaries

 

Sales & Growth Support (Secondary Focus)

• Conduct outreach activities (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp)

• Send follow-ups and maintain lead tracking sheets or CRM

• Help qualify leads and book meetings for the senior sales team

• Support pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials when needed

 

What You Bring

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written) — mandatory

• Basic working proficiency in English

• Interest or early experience in digital marketing or business development

• Understanding of the KSA market and business culture

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment

 

Nice to Have

• Internship or junior experience in marketing, sales, or e-commerce

• Familiarity with social media platforms, basic ads, or content tools

• Exposure to CRM tools, spreadsheets, or lead tracking

• Background in marketing, business, or communications
