*Key Responsibilities:*

As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in setting up and optimizing our digital marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be on social media advertising, and you will be responsible for configuring our app and web portal to collect valuable data.

*Scope of Work:*

1. *App Analytics Setup:* Implement Firebase/GA4 for mobile apps to track installs, active users, retention, and in-app events.
2. *Web Analytics Setup:* Configure GA4/Google Tag Manager to track website interactions such as signups, conversions, and product usage.
3. *Conversion Tracking:* Set up end-to-end conversion tracking across web and app to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
4. *Dashboards & Reporting:* Create custom dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.) for performance monitoring.

*What We're Looking For:*

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in digital marketing and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Firebase/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
