Responsibilities
- Execute generic marketing tasks as required. Needs to be fully conversant with all marketing aspects.
- Take-over client accounts from Sales and execute onboarding of clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, providing regular updates and strategic advice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their objectives are met and exceeded
- Develop tailored advertising strategies across Meta & Google platforms
- Oversee campaign execution, optimization, and reporting with a focus on KPIs
- Present campaign insights, performance reviews, and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and media buying)
- Identify new opportunities to scale accounts and maximize client ROI
Requirements
- 2+ years in account management or advertising role within a digital marketing/agency setting
- Proven experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication and relationship management
- Skilled in campaign reporting, data interpretation, and delivering actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
