Kamayi is currently looking for a Consumer Insights & Market Research Specialist to join its team in Lahore. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who has a passion for consumer understanding, data analysis, and innovation. The successful candidate will play a key role in interpreting consumer behaviors and market dynamics to provide actionable insights that drive product development and strategic business decisions.

As a core part of the insights team, the specialist will collaborate with cross-functional departments including product, sales, and marketing, and contribute to meaningful consumer-focused initiatives across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market dynamics and consumer behavior to uncover new opportunities for business growth and product refinement

  • Gain a deep understanding of assigned brands/products and monitor competitive activity and evolving customer preferences

  • Translate data from various sources (market, consumer, and media) into clear, actionable business strategies

  • Lead and manage quantitative research initiatives such as segmentation studies, NPS surveys, and product testing projects

  • Select and implement appropriate research methodologies tailored to the phase of product or campaign development

  • Oversee part-time research teams and coordinate effectively with external vendors and local partners

  • Work in close alignment with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, and product development teams to deliver insight-backed recommendations
