The Market Research Analytics Manager - Hospitality is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The manager will be responsible for leading market research initiatives to assess trends, conducting competitive analysis, and providing actionable insights to guide business decisions. This role will involve analyzing market data, identifying opportunities, presenting recommendations to enhance business strategies, and supporting key stakeholders in the hospitality sector. The role will also involve providing structured market intelligence to support strategic growth, revenue planning, and competitive positioning.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research on local and international companies, including size, hierarchy, and corporate structure.
  • Identify key decision-makers and analyse employee strength for corporate targeting.
  • Perform sector-wise research 
  • Analyse corporate traveller behaviour including airline crew, layover passengers, foreign and domestic clients.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and pricing trend analysis.
  • Support ROI-based marketing strategies and budgeting in coordination with Finance.
  • Prepare structured analytical reports for Business Development, Finance, and Senior Management.
  • Maintain and update a centralized research database.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in Market Research, Business Analysis, or Strategic Planning.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Power BI or similar tools will be an advantage).Proficiency in Market Research and Market Analysis to assess trends and customer behaviors.
  • Strong skills in Business Insights and Competitive Intelligence to identify opportunities and provide impactful recommendations.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, create actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share findings with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, cross-functional team environment.
