𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄:

We are looking for a dedicated 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐬 to help source and connect industry experts with our clients. This is a 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 that requires consistency and strong communication skills.  

 

𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒:

 

* 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐲: $100 for achieving 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 1 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 (expert must be freshly signed up).  

* 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  - $1 per submission  

  - $100 per credit earned  

 

𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒: 

* Company operations run from 6:00 𝐀𝐌 𝐭𝐨 11:00 𝐏𝐌 𝐔𝐊 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞.  

* All activity must be tracked using 𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫.  

 

𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:  

- Send outreach emails via 𝐙𝐨𝐡𝐨 to relevant professionals.  

* Encourage expert sign-ups through professional networking platforms.  

- Review and shortlist expert profiles for client projects.  

 

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:  

- 0-2 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of experience in lead generation or recruitment (fresh grads encouraged).  

- An 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 with a good number of connections.  

- 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 to dedicate 8 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 to this role (not hiring full-time employees or students).  

 

𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓:

- You must dedicate 8 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 (timing is flexible, but daily effort is required to meet targets).

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭? 

A credit is earned when an expert you bring in completes the following steps:  

1. You source and sign up an expert.  

2. The expert completes screening/introductory questions (if required).  

3. The expert is submitted to the client for consideration.  

4. The client books and completes a 60-minute call with the expert.  

 

- Each 60-minute call = 1 credit.  

- If the same expert is booked again, subsequent bookings = 0.5 credits.  

 

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧?  

A submission is when:  

- An expert signs up on our website.  

- They complete any required screening questions.  

- Their profile is submitted to a client for consideration.
