Description:

Morgan, a manufacturer of epoxy and polyurethane products for hygienic floors and walls, is seeking a Manufacturing Chemist based in Karachi. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and innovating recipes for epoxy and polyurethane products. This is an entry to mid-management level position, offering opportunities for foreign training and career growth.

The ideal candidate should have higher education in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry with at least 1 year of work experience in the paint or resin-based chemical industries. The role requires the candidate to have their own conveyance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and innovate recipes for epoxy and polyurethane products.

• Work on improving product formulations and manufacturing processes.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality standards in production.

• Participate in research and development to improve product performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Higher education in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry.

• At least 1 year of experience in the paint or resin-based chemical industries.

• Own conveyance required.

• Motivated, ambitious, and willing to take part in training opportunities, including foreign training.
