Description:
CFP(Climate Finance Pakistan) Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead strategic operations across development, marketing, and Sustainability Services. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Manager will play a key role in executing business priorities, driving growth, and ensuring high-performance delivery across cross-functional teams. The role involves both internal coordination and client-facing engagement, contributing to the organization’s long-term ESG and business development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-Functional Management
- Lead communication and coordination across various departments and ventures to ensure consistent delivery and strategic alignment.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, manage internal reporting processes, and ensure efficient execution of key initiatives.
- Act as a strategic liaison between executive leadership and operational teams.
2. Sustainability Services & Business Development
- Establish and promote CFP’s lead product in the Sustainability Services portfolio as a revenue-generating flagship offering.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market presence and attract new clients in the ESG and sustainability sectors.
- Identify and capitalize on local and global trends to enhance service offerings and client value.
3. Workstream Management
- Manage the Sustainability Services workstream including oversight of staff performance, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Conduct resource forecasting and capacity planning to ensure optimal workforce deployment.
- Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
4. Capacity Building & ESG Integration
- Assess organizational and team-level capacity to deliver ESG services and identify gaps.
- Design and conduct upskilling sessions based on current and emerging ESG requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge-building through training sessions, expert engagement, and internal development initiatives.
- Regularly present updates and analysis on key ESG developments (both local and global) to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
5. Strategic Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Lead the development of briefs, working papers, and policy documents on critical sustainability and business themes.
- Ensure high-quality reporting for internal decision-makers and external stakeholders.
- Enforce a culture of accountability through daily and weekly work updates based on approved work plans and KPIs across the team.
- Support any reactive or planned work that contributes to the organization’s critical goals.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Public Relations with a minimum of 3 years of relevant managerial experience. OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Public Relations with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
