Manager Utility & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all utility and maintenance operations across the institute.
• Manage MEP&C (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Civil) projects with timely execution.
• Plan and monitor OPEX/CAPEX budgets, equipment life cycles, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and liaise with government bodies (LESCO, WASA, etc.).
• Implement energy-efficient practices and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies.
• Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team for peak performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (16 years of education).
• 5–8 years’ relevant experience in utility and maintenance management, preferably in large-scale facilities or academic institutions.
• Strong expertise in HVAC, MEP systems, and energy efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Urdu and English.
