Manager – Talent Acquisition And Employer Branding

 

Description:

  • Establishing the recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
  • Involved in regional hiring in Singapore & Dubai including administrative task as assigned by the manager
  • Meeting with different managers to discuss needs and develop and execute an effective recruitment plan.
  • Improving the recruitment process where required.
  • Coordinating with Head of Talent Acquisition on status follow-up on a regular basis.
  • Building applicant sources by researching and contacting placement officers, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport. Attracting potential applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determining applicant’s requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Arranging panel interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicants to interviews etc and help to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with the managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Managing new employee induction by determining new employee requirements; improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Assist to coordinate career fairs, and any other event management tasks as per management requirement.
  •  Lead employment branding initiatives including offline and online branding, social media pages etc.
