Job Location: Lahore
Qualification:
• Minimum Masters in Supply Chain or Professional Accountant having CIMA ON PIFA or ACMA or CA Inter or ACCA degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in the relevant field of heading the store of any renowned Organization.
Job Role:
- Looking after daily store operations including planning, recording, controlling and monitoring of the inventory.
- Ensure satisfactory receipt of goods - Provide the ability to rapidly deliver goods requested
- Keep accurate account of the inventory movement and balances
- Maintain complete and accurate records of the inventory situation (physical, reserved, buffer, on hand, distribution, contingency, temporary and in transit inventories)
- Maintain adequate storage conditions, to ensure that the inventory is in usable or serviceable condition when needed.
- Implement appropriated measures to guarantee the safety and security of the goods.
- Ensure the inventory is maintained according to the layout & storage plan and items are conveniently staked.
- Maintaining effective coordination and communication between sub-stores, offices, and departments.
