Description:
Experience: Minimum 14 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Android & IOS applications and architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mobile developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android and iOS applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for mobile app development.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect and design mobile applications using Java, Kotlin, and relevant frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot) for backend services.
- Oversee the entire mobile app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and performance optimization techniques.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile app development trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet delivery milestones.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that promotes continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a mobile application development lead or manager, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Android and iOS development using Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with backend development using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud services and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Certification in mobile app development or project management is desirable.
