Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and oversee Secretariat functions, including Board and Committee meetings, documentation, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely preparation and circulation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Support governance processes and regulatory compliance with SECP and other relevant authorities.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide analytical support to management for decision-making.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Professional certification (CA, ACCA, ICMA, CFA) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, or secretariat functions.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
