Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Truck Dispatch Sales Agent to join our growing logistics team in Lahore. You will be responsible for connecting with US-based trucking carriers, negotiating freight loads, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations — all from our Lahore office during the night shift aligned with North American business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact owner-operators and trucking companies to offer dispatch services
• Source and negotiate freight loads from load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and brokers
• Handle rate negotiations to maximize profitability for drivers
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules and communicate updates in real time
• Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and carrier information
• Meet weekly and monthly sales/dispatch targets
