• Developing and implementing a Risk and Control Framework as per industry and global best practices in Risk Management

• Providing hands-on development of risk models involving market, credit and operational risk,
assuring controls are operating effectively, provide research and analytical support

• Effectively deploying the approved framework in a consistent manner across all departments

• Establishing an oversight across the Company to ensure that the approved practices of risk management,
internal control and other governance related matters are implemented
