Description:
PTCL is looking for Manager (Purchase Finance – Business Support & Ops).
Key responsibilities include:
Vetting of RFPs/RFQs/Tender documents and verification of commercial clauses.
Evaluation of commercial bids by calculating duties and taxes in case of CFR prices.
Analysis of price composition of Equipment, Services, Civil Works, Training & Maintenance etc.
Loading / off-loading for at par comparison of different bids.
Price comparison with previous contracts/tenders and price ranking.
Participation in price negotiations with vendor on the basis of logics and. rences address non compliances.
Negotiate contracts (commercial) terms and conditions & supervise
ation of revised bids.
• Vetting and drafting contracts by checking price schedule/BOQs ee working for calculating final price.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards & und
•ng the performance management of team.
The incumbent must have:
• Advanced degree in Finance, ACCA, ACA,ACMA or MBA Finance.
• At-least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and report writing.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
