Role Description:

• Procure all raw-materialsto ensure smooth flow of production

process

Prepare and process purchase orders for the items to be procured

Responsible to induct new vendors, negotiating contracts with them

• Follow up with vendors to ensure on time delivery of supplies

• Development of specifications for equipment, products or

substitute materials

• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess and

present future material availability

Obtain quotations for procurement and present comparative

analysis to management for approval

• Follow up with relevant department to ensure on time payments

to vendors

• Improve credit terms and define credit policy with vendors.

Experience:

05 year in a leadership role & managing a team

Qualification:

BBA / MBA in Supply Chain
