Description:
We are a garment manufacturer looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Production Planning & Control Manager to lead production scheduling, MRP, CRP, fabric planning, and end-to-end TNA management to ensure smooth and on-time shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly & weekly production plans based on confirmed orders and forecasts
- Lead MRP planning for fabrics, trims, and accessories to prevent shortages or excess inventory
- Conduct CRP (Capacity Requirements Planning) to align order intake with available stitching, cutting, and finishing capacity
- Manage fabric planning & consumption calculations (GSM, yield, shrinkage, wastage control)
- Prepare, monitor, and control overall TNA (Time & Action Calendar) from order confirmation to shipment
- Track WIP across cutting, stitching, finishing & packing stages
- Identify bottlenecks, improve line balancing, and optimize capacity utilization
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) deliveries
Requirements:
- 4–8 years’ experience in PPC within Cotton garment manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of MRP, CRP, capacity planning & fabric production
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (planning sheets, trackers, dashboards)
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple styles/orders simultaneously
- Location: Lahore, Gajumatta (On-site)
- Salary: Gross PKR 180,000 to 300,000 depending on experience
