Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager Supply Operations & Logistics to lead depot-level operations, ensure uninterrupted fuel supply, and manage logistics efficiently in line with regulatory and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing operational activities of different locations.
- Ensure product upliftment and product movement as per the requirement at the respective locations.
- Coordinate with sales team for daily execution of sales order.
- Compliance of Product Quality & Quantity policy on all supply points.
- Supervision of Lubricant stocks.
- 100% compliance with operational SOPs and company Policies at all supply points.
- Monitoring of all activities ensure zero occurrence of incident.
- Monitoring of all storage tanks on daily bases for receipts, loading, operational loss gain position, temperature, density, and quality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in OMC supply chain, depot operations, or fuel logistics.
- Strong knowledge of petroleum handling, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in reporting, coordination, and operational planning.
