Description:

As the Manager of Operations, you will:
🔹Responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound call center activities.
🔹Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
🔹Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to the management.
🔹Coaches team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to boost their skills.
🔹Experience working on multiple campaigns like Solar, Health Insurance, DME, Final Expense, and Medicare would be an added advantage.
🔹Responsible for managing and motivating customer sales representatives to work alongside them to hit KPIs and metrics.
🔹Identifies operational issues and suggests possible improvements.

Experience with campaigns such as Solar, Health Insurance, DME, Final Expense, and Medicare is a strong plus.

🔹 Job Requirements:
🔹Minimum 3+ years of experience in a call center or tele sales environment.
🔹Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and inspire sales teams.
🔹Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
🔹Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in daily performance tracking and reporting.
🔹Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for report generation and performance analysis.
🔹A results-driven approach with a keen eye for quality and improvement.
